Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Within Canada Only

Smidgin & Company ships exclusively within Canada.

We do not ship internationally, including for gifts.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders take up to 7 business days to pick, pack, and process before being transferred to the courier.

During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may increase.

3. Shipping Methods

Customers choose their preferred courier at checkout.

Options may include Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or other carriers.

Once the courier has the package, transit times and delivery dates are outside our control.

4. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed automatically once the order ships.

Please ensure your email address at checkout is correct.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Packages marked as “delivered”
  • Lost or stolen parcels

Any delivery inquiries must be directed to the chosen courier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of our consumable pet products.

All sales are final.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not entered the processing stage.

Once pick-and-pack has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

8. Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale order shipping timelines vary. Wholesalers will receive tracking information once their order is fulfilled.
